The 1° Free Seminar of the FRIENDS project will be held on Thursday the 9th of May in Lisbon!
The FRIENDS Seminar of the 9th of May entitled “EDUCATION FOR INCLUSION THROUGH QUIET TIME/TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION” will start at 2:00 p.m. and will be held at the Auditório Armando Guebuza of the Lusófona Library, in Lisbon.
During this public event, schools and institutions participating in the project will present their experiences with the Quiet Time/Transcendental Meditation implementation and the Universities that are partners in the project will present a first report about the Quiet Time/TM evaluation.
This is a free event so that anyone interested can take part to it, discovering how the Quiet Time /TM innovative approach contributes to foster social inclusion and a positive environment in schools.
After the seminar, interested schools coming from all over Europe will have the chance to get in touch during the second FRIENDS face-to-face dissemination meeting. They will have the chance to take a closer look into the FRIENDS project implementation, receiving updates and information on how to join the project and how to be involved in the project’s next steps!
